What is Zenpoo

What it is

Zenpoo is a place to tell how a stop in a public restroom went, with ready-made choices and a light tone. The idea is simple: when many people say “it went well”, it becomes a little easier to think “I can do it too”.

What it is not

Zenpoo is not a therapy, makes no diagnoses, gives no medical advice and does not replace a professional. The tone is playful, never aimed at people who are struggling.

If avoiding public restrooms weighs on you

If avoiding public restrooms makes you uncomfortable, limits your days or makes you anxious, talking to a doctor or a psychologist can help. There is nothing to be ashamed of.

How we handle your data

No tracking cookies, no third-party scripts. With an account we keep your name and email (never shown in public, used only to confirm the address and reset the password) and your password in encrypted form; a technical cookie keeps you logged in and is not used to track you. We do not store your IP address: we only use it in memory, briefly, to limit abuse. Without an account, reactions and progress stay in your browser. The map uses OpenStreetMap tiles, but our own server asks for them: the map service never sees your address. The pin marks the restroom, not you, and is rounded to about 10 metres; your device's GPS is used only if you press “Use my location” and is not saved. If you send us feedback, the message reaches the team by email and is not stored on the site; the reply address is optional and only used to answer you.
